Best Women’s Social Club in the Twin Cities: Soul Sisters Mastermind Club

Today I would like to introduce you to Soul Sisters Mastermind Club founder, Jane Morrison.

I am sure you are probably wondering what something called the Soul Sisters Mastermind Club could do for you. To explain it briefly, this club and the founder Jane, can help you reach your potential.

Are you looking for other business-minded people? Soul Sisters Mastermind Club is right for you! Jane helps women find their own power and grow their own business.

The Soul Sisters Mastermind Club created a space for female entrepreneurs to gather and discuss professional and personal goals. They convene twice a month right here in the Twin Cities. We all have busy lives full of responsibilities. Women need focused time to work through challenges, find marketing strategies, and learn from one another.

The Club brings inspiring women together to provide help and support. You can grow your network and find solutions to problems by learning from others going through the same thing.

Each month, there is a commitment to focus on that ranges from self-care to taking bold action. You will be pushed outside of your comfort zone at Soul Sisters Mastermind Club, which is part business coaching and part peer mentoring.

Think about what you would do if you couldn’t fail. This was an important question Jane posed that really helped motivate me in my professional growth. Thought provoking conversation starters like that push you to think about what is preventing you from reaching greater success.

Jane also offers individual coaching. She has been helping professionals find clarity and get excited about their future for 19 years.

Whether you are stuck or simply looking to advance your career, finding a supportive network and an inspiring coach could be the step you need to grow.

Break through your fears by joining Soul Sisters Mastermind Club or contacting Jane today!

Twin Cities Pain Clinic Done A Little Differently- Let’s Stretch!

I am so excited to introduce you to StretchLab!

Now, you may be wondering what the heck is a stretch lab? I know you have heard of stretch limousines, stretching a dollar, and I bet you have a pair of stretchy pants.

You may also be familiar with tight shoulders, sore hamstrings, or neck tension. Does any of that ring a bell? If so, you are going to want to hear about this cool company.

The super inviting staff at StretchLabs, Shawn, Jim and, Kylene, showed me around and stretched me out. Because no two bodies are the same, no two stretches will be either. The one-on-one stretch they offer is customized just for you. If you have a specific area of soreness or pain, they can focus on improving flexibility in that part of your body.

Shawn brought this innovative business to the Minneapolis area because he knows that we all need to stretch out our muscles, but no one can seem to find the time.

Shawn loves that StretchLab benefits all ages and fitness levels. Even though stretching seems like a simple thing, not all of us know how to do it properly. Most of us are familiar with massages. While what they offer is not a massage, the benefits are long lasting and relaxing. You will notice how good your back, hips, and core will feel after the StretchLab team gets done with you!

The team has years of experience that helps them read your body and assess what you need to get an expert stretch. With their help, you can push a little further and open up your muscles in a way that you can’t do on your own.

You’d be surprised what a good stretch can do! I felt invigorated, energized, and relaxed. Stretching is key to living a longer and healthier life. Visiting StretchLab can improve sports performance, increase range of motion, help posture and decrease stress.

They offer both one-on-one stretching with their certified Flexologists as well as group stretches.

Reclaim the freedom to move as you want with StretchLab.

Finding Your Bliss At Yoga By Blisstopia

How’s your gut? In this weeks video, we’re going over to Yoga By Blisstopia and talking to a dear friend of mine, who has a wonderful heart and a passion for helping people in a natural, holistic kind of way. We’re talking to Lana Anderson, she runs this great little place. As she discussed in the video above Ayurveda, is a natural system of medicine, which originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge). Thus, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life. Based on the idea that disease is due to an imbalance or stress in a person’s consciousness, Ayurveda encourages certain lifestyle interventions and natural therapies to regain a balance between the body, mind, spirit, and the environment.

The Best Metaphysical Healing Supply Store In Minneapolis

This week we’re going down to a really neat place that I’m so super excited to tell you about. We’re going down to Crystal Rock Healing!  At the heart of Crystal Rock is the owner, Cindy Schmitz. Who in 2007, contracted Lyme disease. For three years she fought with doctors to test her for Lyme disease. Cindy tested positive for Ehrlichiosis and Anaplasmosis, two tick-borne diseases. She also found out that her illness had converted to Rheumatoid Arthritis. In order to treat the tick-borne illnesses and the arthritis, Cindy relied on conventional medications. She was on a daily steroid, TNF inhibitor and prescription pain pill regimen. She did not like how the side effects of these drugs made her feel.  Then one day she was introduced to Essential Oils by a friend. Cindy quickly found these gave her the same benefits but without the horrible side effects. Natural methods and remedies have worked for her then and continue to work for her now. I’m so proud today to say that today she is off the steroids and pain pills, and relies solely on essential oils and Reiki healing methods. That’s awesome!

The Best Antique Store in Anoka MN: The BIG White House

The Big White House! No I’m not talking about the one in Washington D.C. although an exclusive tour of that White House would be awesome! I’m talking about the one right here in Down Town Anoka, the Halloween Capital of the World! Historic Anoka is where the Mississippi & Rum Rivers meet! No, the river isn’t named Rum River because it has rum in it. It was actually named after its source, Mille Lacs Lake, the Rum River was called Mde Waken or Spirit Lake by the Dakota Indians who lived in that region. (To the early pioneers, the word “spirit” connoted the rum they sold to the Indians and that name for the river has remained ever since.)
